I called the funeral home today to make arrangements to drop off flowers for Dr. Terri Shaw's homegoing and received a warm and inviting greeting by Ms. Victoria. It was so pleasant, I didn't realize I was talking to a "real" person. I was waiting to hear, "please leave a message after the tone." She was very helpful and told me all the reasons I needed to drop them off at church instead of the funeral home. Ms. Victoria was very impressionable which equals outstanding customer service!
