Wally Nelson Hornaday

Wally Nelson (Moore) Hornaday, 78, passed away February 11, 2024, at Parkview Hospital. She was born January 16, 1946, in Fort Wayne IN. To the late Joseph and Mirian Moore. She lived in Fort Wayne most of her life, some years in Arizona. She graduated from Central High School, and college. Her joy was gardening, listening to music, singing, solitaire, reading the bible, and talking with her children and grandchildren, and enjoying with her friends.

 Later she married James Wesley Hornaday November 22, 1969.  He proceeded her in death on December 22, 2011. Her siblings proceeded in death Joseph (Mamie) Moore, Frederick (Reola) Moore, Alvin (Betty) Moore, Gloria (Samuel) Brown, Alma Moore, Victor (Dorothy) Moore, Joyce (William) Moore. She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness’s. She retired from Job Works in 2008

Survivors to cherish her memories are children; Sean (Lori) Hornaday Tucson, AZ, Dondrea (Ernest) Hill, Marion, IN, Keith Hornaday, Seattle WA, and Ja’Cole Hornaday, Fort Wayne, IN. Her 10 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren, including Sean (Ruxandra) Hornaday II England, Symonne (Blake) Brennan, Austin, TX, Deja’ Eley, Fort Wayne, IN, and her lovely dog Sweetness Monroe. Host of nieces and nephews, and friends.

Memorial Service will be held on March 2, 2024, at 1pm, Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness’s 3630 Sandpoint Rd Fort Wayne, IN 46809.
