Homegoing Celebration for Theresa Wright-Bates
Theresa was born Dec 16, 1959, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, to parents Willie Lee Thompson and Eugene Wright. She was introduced to the Lord Jesus Christ at a young age and
continued to grow in her faith at Southern Heights Missionary Church. Later, she joined Divine Providence under the leadership of Rev. Michael Griffin. She served on the hospitality board at her church and can be seen helping in other areas.
Theresa attended Snider High School in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where she also graduated.
She worked at Seyfert's Potato Chip factory for over 10 years until they went out of business. Then worked at Ingram Book.
Her greatest enjoyment and pleasure in life was spending time with her family, her daughters, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She also enjoyed playing cards and taking road trips. She was a woman of great faith, so I know she is walking with the Lord!
