Theodore Burnett, III was born September 4, 1979 in Fort Wayne, Indiana to Theodore Burnett, Jr. and Lydia Burnett.
He departed this life on March 18, 2021.
TJ attended Harding High School. He worked for Advance Assembly for seven years until his passing.
He enjoyed living his life to the fullest. When he wasn’t working, he was either hanging with his family and friends, watching Sports Center, traveling or creating memories with his daughter. He was a joy to be around when that “drank” was in him. He was a comedian with a loud mouth and had a laugh that sounded like he couldn’t breathe which made the joke even funnier. TJ came from a place where he was just grateful for life. He wasn’t about to allow nobody to destroy his peace. TJ was good man with a good heart, he would do anything for anybody, especially his daughter.
TJ leaves to cherish his memory, his daughter; T’Jaya Jadore Burnett and her mother; Jamira Winborn, his mother; Lydia (Stevie) Wyatt, brothers; Tywan Swift-Burnett (Tykeeriah Swift, Tynisa Swift) Trent Burnett (Nehemiah, Jestina, Isaiah, Nyomi “Flores” all of Fort Wayne, Indiana, his sisters; Theresa (Antoine) Davis and Taylor Watson of Orange, California and a host of aunts, uncles, relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father; Theodore “Teddy” Burnett, Jr., his grandfather; James Swift, and his grandmothers; Julia Swift and Leverne Burnett. A special aunt; Mattie Lewis.
