Terry D. Young

Terry D. Young, 60, was born Saturday, October 17, 1959 in Fort Wayne, Indiana to the late Elige Sr., and Annie D. Young. Terry passed away Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at his home.

Terry graduated from R. Nelson Snider High School and also had a degree in maintenance. Terry worked various jobs over the years. Terry was baptized and accepted Christ as his Lord and savior at an early age.

Terry was preceded in death by his parents, Elige, Sr., and Annie D. Young, a sister; Yvonne M. Young, and a niece; Shantel N. Young.

Terry is survived by and leaves to cherish his memory to a brother; Elige (Diane) Young, Jr., three sisters; Lillie Young, Diane Young, and Pam (J.C.) Wright, a close friend since childhood; Edward Paige, along with a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.

God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be.

So, He put His arms around him and whispered, “Terry come with Me.”

Although we loved him dearly, we could not make him stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands to rest,

God broke our hearts to prove He only takes the best.
