Rodney Allen Wade was born April 7, 1950 in Evansville, Indiana to John and Constance Wade.
He was united in Holy Matrimony, February 28, 1970 with Modora (Elliott) Wade.
He attended Southside High School where he was a self-taught musician, excellent pool player, and played recreational basketball.
Rodney was raised in church and had a strong faith & love for Jesus Christ. God placed on him a strong desire to study the word and he strived to live it out for everyone to see daily. Although Rodney was quiet; he enjoyed being around family and friends and helping anyone in need any way he could.
He leaves behind his daughters, April Wade, Joya Wade, Rodrena Phinezy and sons, Rodney Phinezy, Zondre Phinezy; Sisters, Beverly King, Linda Diane Wade, Stephanie Lee, Leslie (Robin) Porter, Vickie Peoples, Zandra Mills, and brother, John Wade III, two aunts, Alice Lucille Ellis, and Beatrice Cole; 19 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews; and also a host of brothers and sisters in law.
His wife, Modora Elliott Wade, daughter, Candace Wade, parents, John & Constance Wade, grandparents, John H Snorton and Maggie Snorton and John Thomas & Fannie Mae Wade preceded him in death.
