Richard Lee Trigg was born August 29th of 1966 to the late Garfield E. Trigg Sr. and Lola M. Trigg. Richard departed this life on July 17, 2021. Richard was a loving, big-hearted, friendly young man. “To know Richard, was to love him.” He attended Wayne High School and shortly after high school in April of 1985 on the 6th day he married the “love of his life”, Tina M. Littrell and they became one. Richard was a hardworking, dedicated man and never afraid to get his hands dirty. He worked for several years at Hessen Barrel and at Custom Mattress. Richard had a passion for racing motorcycles and repair of tools and his home. He loved helping people and playing video games with his grandsons. Richard accepted Christ at a young age and loved God whole-heartedly. He rededicated his life again in 2019 and became a member of Branches of Christ Ministries. Richard was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ex and Eva Trigg, his parents, Garfield and Lola Trigg Sr. a host of aunts and uncles, his father in-law, Wiley (Peggy) Brown Sr., 2 nieces, Catrina and Carrie Trigg, one nephew, DeMarcus E. Adams and one great-nephew Marlon J. Davis Jr. and his long-time best friend, Eugene Gates. Richard leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 37 years Tina Trigg, 4 daughters: Erin(Ron)McDaniels, Clarrissa and Doreena Childs and Amber (Manuel) Trigg and 2 sons: Le’Andrew Storey and Brandon L. Trigg all of Fort Wayne, IN. 4 sisters: Mary, Carrie, Joyce and Denise Trigg and brother, Garfield E. Trigg Jr. also all of Fort Wayne, IN 26 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces,nephews and cousins.
