The Measure of A Man
Not how one died, But, how one lived; Not what did one gain, But, what did one give:  These are the things that measure the worth of a person, regardless of one's birth.  Not what was one's station, But, what is in one's heart.  Are we ever ready with a word of good cheer, to bring back a smile, to vanish a tear? Not what was one's church, nor what was one's creed, But, how one befriended those really in need.  And how one played God's given part.  These are the things that measure the worth of a person regardless of one's birth
