Niiami Lymon-Turner Obituary

Niiami LeeAnn Lymon-Turner was born on November 27, 2013 to LaTasha Lymon and Jerrion Turner at DuPont Hospital. Niiami departed from this life on December 26, 2021 at home in her mother's arms. Niiami was a 2nd grader at Weisser Park Elementary Arts Magnet School. Ever since Niiami was able to walk and talk, she did her own singing, and dancing, and never was shy, and wanted to record on camera, everything that she wanted to do. The older she became, she and her cousin performed numerous TikTok videos where it captured her creativity and her talents she tried so much to put on display for everyone to see. Niiami continued to have aspirations of being famous, by becoming a singer, performer, and a fashion designer in New York City, and to make it to Broadway, one day. She was even able to perform in her first play called 'Once on This Island Jr., at Memorial Park Middle School, where she was the only elementary student, and performed it amongst middle school students. Niiami leaves behind to cherish her memory, her mother LaTasha Lymon and her father Jerrion J. Turner. One brother Devin Lamont Banks Jr. Two sisters Kayla Turner and Isilee Turner. Maternal grandparents Tammie McKinney, Terry Lymon, and paternal grandparents Robert and Mary Turner. Uncles: Selwyn Lymon, Diamond Lymon, Kiean Price, Terry McKinney Sr., Jerome (Jenny) McKinney Sr., Andra Lymon, Robert Lymon, Jason Turner, Maury Turner, and Jermaine Turner. Aunts: Darlene McKinney, Lanita McCovery, Carlynn Kolagbodi, Selena V. Green, Pauline (Nathan) Lymon, Linda (Marcus) Mitchell, Robyn Turner, Ashleigh Turner, and Jamie Turner. Two special cousins: Leila Contreras and Christian Turner, and a host of other relatives and friends. Niiami left a long lasting impression of joy and happiness to everyone that she came across. And she will be terribly missed by everyone that she did come across, because she was simply just... loved. Niiami was preceded in death by a special cousin: Constance McKinney.
