To know Naya was to love her. She always had a helping hand and a kind word. Naya was the “glue” that held everything and everyone together. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, cousin, grandmother, mentor, and trusted friend. She accepted Christ at an early age and attended Summit Church under the leadership of Pastor Al & Carla Jennings.

Naya attended Northrop High School. After high school, she obtained an associate degree in Marketing from Ivy Tech and a bachelor degree in Business from Indiana Wesleyan University. Naya began her career at Lincoln National Life Financial, moving on to work at Wells Fargo Bank. She then worked at Verizon/Frontier Communications for 13 years, and most recently at DRB Systems/eGenuity.

Naya loved spending time with her family; capturing every memory with her camera. She cherished each moment with her 18 grandchildren. She loved to listen to music, laugh, and watch a good movie. She would always make you laugh from an old movie quote. Naya loved all things purple. Her favorite football team was the San Francisco 49ers.
