Nathan Douglas Hill, Sr.

Nathan Douglas Hill, Sr. was born on May 5, 1984, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, to Marilyn A. Hill and the late Douglas E. Hill, and received his wings on Friday, August 21, 2026. Nathan was known for his boisterous laugh, which caused everyone else to laugh.

Nathan graduated from Northside High School, class of 2003. During this time, he attended Anthis Career Center for Automotive. He had a love of fixing cars and enjoyed working with his hands. Nathan also enjoyed fishing with his children and friends.

Nathan was a hard worker with many long-standing jobs. His most recent employer was Dana Corporation. He was viewing other options until his unexpected passing.

Nathan leaves behind his beloved mother, Marilyn A. Hill; his two children, Nathan D. Hill Jr. and Ke'Nae Hill; stepchildren, Ar'ryon Starks and Jaylyn Starks and their mother, his long-time love fiancée, Takiyah Starks; two brothers, Tyron E. (Onjanae) Hill, Sr. and Michael A. Hill; three nephews, Tyron E. Hill Jr, Tyshon Hill, Quayawn Eldridge; two nieces, Treshanae Hill and Remi Hill, a special sister, Subrena Doby as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and special friends. 

He is preceded in death by his father, Douglas E. Hill; grandparents, Elnathan and Madgie Stapleton, Ernest and Letha Hill; three uncles, Ernest Hill Jr., Bobby Hill, Larry D. Stapleton, Sr.; two aunts, Phyllis Stapleton, Christine Hill; and a nephew, Tornor Doby.

Nathan is now our angel and will always be in our hearts, and he truly will be missed.
