Melvin Eugene Cobb

MELVIN EUGENE COBB, son of the late Annie Mae and Lester Cobb, was born on Saturday, December 16, 1941 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Melvin departed this life unexpectedly on Tuesday, October 8, 2024 at the age of 82 years young.

Melvin graduated from William Penn High School in 1960.  He was avid in Sports. He retired from Dana Corp. in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He also retired from D& H in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and served in the U.S. Army from 1964-1966.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Joyce Ann Cobb Greene, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and India Sheila Bracey, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; his brothers, Cedric aka "Wiegie' Cobb and Joseph Cobb, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Melvin Eugene leaves to celebrate his life and share many special memories; his Wife Dorothy, Step-daughter Yolanda Robinson ; 3 Grand Children Gregory Johnson (Latoya), Adonis Robinson, and Ashley Robinson (Kula) all of Fort Wayne. His 1 and only Niece Stephanie Cobb-Patterson, Harrisburg, Pa; Nephew, Lorene E Cobb (Alicia), Fort Wayne, Indiana, Sister, Doretta Williams, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and A Host Of Great Grands, Niece’s and Nephews.
