Markus Darnell Jordan was born October 19, 1997, in Chicago, Illinois, to Tamasha Wright and Markus Jordan, Sr. Markus later moved to Memphis, Tennessee, with his mother and brother in 2000, where they lived a great life for 10 years. At just 9 years old, Markus confessed his love for Christ. It was during his years in Memphis, Tennessee, in 2006, that Markus was baptized. In 2011, Markus and his family moved back to Chicago, Illinois, where he graduated from Benjamin Banniker Elementary and went on to complete his education and graduate from Sullivan House High School.

Markus was a loving son, brother, nephew, uncle, and NS to, talking crap, listening to music, playing video games at times, and being a bug.

Markus was preceded in death by Raymond Boyd (grandfather), Ruby Jordan (grandmother), and Zebulun Wright (uncle).

Markus leaves to cherish his memory, his grandmother, Decelia Carr (Larry), mother, Tamasha Wright (Robert), father, Markus Jordan, Sr., his bonus dad, Toheru Thomas, stepmother, Tracy Johnson, his uncles, Naphtali Wright (Nakia), Marlon Gordon (Angelit: 3) Robert Williams, and Ronald Jordan, his aunts, Taveda Driver, Marvis Jordan, Naiomi Williams, Karen Johnson, Angela Williams, and Diane Williams, brothers, Ja'cob Wright (Ziariah), Joshua Jordan, and Jonathan Jordan, sisters, Takariah Thomas, Katelynn Jordan, Brittanie Hall, niece, Ja'Coria Wright, nephew, Ja'Moni Wright, special friend, Kira Gaines, and a host of other cousins, family and friends.
