Lorraine "Lumpy" Starks

Lorraine “Lumpy” Starks was born on December 6, 1962 in Marion, IN to the late Loniel L. Miller and Lettie Mae Jackson. Lorraine grew up in Fort Wayne, IN. She was the fourth oldest out of six children, Lorraine accepted Christ at Haven Missionary Christian . 

Lorraine affectionately known as Lumpy was loved by everyone Lorraine had a smile that brightened up everyone’s day. She enjoyed spending time with her Husband of course, dancing, and spending time with her family.

Lorraine leaves to cherish her memory to her husband; Ronald Stakrs, four children; her son; DeAndre Garcia, three daughters; Charmaine Garcia (Cal), Jonisha Garcia , and Angel Garcia (Alexander), three grandchildren; Desire Garcia, Jaliyah Smith, and My’Angel Garcia, one great-grandson; Ameer Shelton-Weaver, one brother; DeWayne Jackson, five brothers-in-law, 2 sisters; Delores Turner and Michelle Jackson, four sisters-in-law, along with a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. 

Lorraine was preceded in death by her mother; Lettie Mae Jackson, father; Loniel L. Miller, mother-in-law; Georgia May, father-in-law; Thomas Conwell, sister-in-law; Gladys Starks, brother; Sam Lee Harris, brothers-in-law; Aubrey Griggs, Sr., Carlton Starks, sisters; Julie Griggs, Liz Orellana, and Beverly Harris, aunt; Cora Ann, uncles Howard Cocks, Robert Lee Jackson and John Westly Jackson, nephew; Farisi Jackson, Jr., and a niece Shantell Jackson.
