Levonuia “Junie” Riley, Jr., was born on September 1, 1960, in Fort Wayne, Indiana to the late Levonuia Riley, Sr., and Margie Riley. Junie was called home to glory on October 30, 2023. He attended St. Paul’s Lutheran grade school, then; went to Concordia High School where he received his diploma. Levonuia worked for Fort Wayne Metals, Inc. until he became disabled.
Levonuia enjoyed spending time with his family and friends laughing and telling jokes. He loved mocking people. If you ever wanted a good laugh, Junie was the one you wanted to be around.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Aratee Riley, one daughter, Shaunte Banks, two grandchildren, Kya Jones and Kourtlyn Banks, five sisters, Johanna Page, Anita Patton, Teresa Conrad, Kawanza Riley, and Vicky Drew, and “his brother from another mother,” Marvin Hamilton.
Levonuia was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, Andrew Simmons, Nathaniel Macon, Robert Jackson, and Ronnie Riley, three sisters, Katie Monroe, Jackie Riley, and Brenda Riley.
