Lettie Mae Jackson was born on April 16, 1943. She was the daughter of the late Buford Jackson and Juanita Nesehe. She was the eldest of 14 children.
She joined Faith Missionary Baptist Church in 1990 under the leadership of Pastor Jimmie Ed Fincher. While there she was a faithful member. She loved her church and her church family. She was a God-fearing woman. Church family remember…her pig feet, her spaghetti salad, her dressing, her cornbread?
Lettie Mae departed this life to meet her Lord and savior, Jesus Christ on Tuesday, August 16, 2022.
Among her several passions in this life, yet most important to her was family time. Cooking, playing cards, and going to Bingo were some of her favorites also. But most of her joy came when she kept her grandchildren.
Many will cherish Granny’s unconditional love she displayed for her family and friends.
