LeVell "Stone" Williams

LeVell Williams was born on December 19, 1972, in Chicago, IL to Linda Williams and the late Charles Russell.

LeVell graduated from Deneen Grammar School going on to Roberson and Bowen High School ultimately receiving his GED from Northside High School in 2010. LeVell learned most from the school of life and never met a stranger and would give you the shirt off his back. LeVell loved people and everyone gravitated toward his magnetic personality and charm. LeVell loved people so much that he learned how to greet people in 6-7 different languages and was semi-fluent in some.
LeVell accepted Christ at an early age in Chicago, IL, and sat under the leadership of his mentor and friend, Pastor/Teacher Anthony Payton in Fort Wayne.
LeVell loved to travel and after growing up in Chicago had lived in Beloit and Janesville, WI, Las Vegas, NV, Indianapolis and finally staying in Ft Wayne, IN where he "settled down", met and married Dawn on July 23, 2011.
LeVell was called to His Heavenly Home by Our Lord and Savior on January 7, 2023, surrounded by his loved ones.
LeVell leaves to cherish his wife, Dawn Williams, his mother, Linda Williams, his children, Dominic, Dasean and Dion Wallace and Justin Ragland-Williams, grandchildren Dorean, Dannika, Dasean Jr, DaMya, Winter, DionneRene and Alayah, his siblings, brothers LaMarr(Catrece) Williams, Michael (Regina) Williams and Tyrone Pettus and sisters Monique Spencer and Nicole Colbert and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends, and special friend, Arlinthia White. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Russell, his grandmother, five uncles and two aunts.
