Jack Woods, Sr.

Jack Woods, Sr, was born in Macon, Georgia to Jack Woods and Lucy Burnett. Jack moved to Fort Wayne, Indiana when he was fourteen years old along with his sister Berniece Wright. Jack attended Central High School. Jack worked various jobs throughout his lifetime.

Jack is survived by his four children, Gino Wade, Cheryl Woods, Jack Woods, Jr. and Paul Springer, his step-children; Kenneth Broddie, and Deanna Walker, five grandkids, two great-grandkids, his cousins; Andrew Burnett, Buck Burnett, long-time friends; Richard Barksdale of Elkhart, Indiana and Roscoe Green and ex-wife, Norma Woods, along with many more relatives and friends.

Jack was preceded in death by his parents, Jack Woods and Lucy Burnett, one step-son, Reggie Walker, two brothers; Birdell Burnett and Nora Lee, two sisters; Berniece Wright and Nellie Shine, and his grandparents.
