Evelyn M. (Geiger) Meredith

Evelyn M. Meredith, beloved sister, aunt, mother, and grandmother passed away on August 4, 2024, at the age of 58. She was born on June 28, 1966, in Boston, MA, and resided in Fort Wayne, IN.

Evelyn had a deep passion for her favorite hobbies, which included watching the 49ers, fishing, and spending time at the lake. However, nothing brought her more joy than spending time with her family. Evelyn was the life of the party at gatherings and full of laughter and love. She cherished every moment spent with her loved ones.

Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband, Jody Meredith, parents James W. Geiger II, Margaret Geiger, brothers Robert Geiger, Joseph Geiger, sister Mary Ellis, nephew Neil McElroy II, and nieces Jennifer McElroy, Leslie Wormcastle, and Chelssie Geiger.

She is survived by her children, daughter, Andrea Williams, her son, Rich Bellis, and daughter, Meagan Meredith. Additionally, she leaves behind her grandchildren, Sofia Williams, Ava Wolfe, and Isaiah Wolfe. Her siblings, brothers James Geiger III, Johnathan Geiger, and Michael Geiger, as well as sisters Patricia Bleich, Therese Geiger, and Joanne McElroy and 27 nieces and nephews.

Evelyn M. Meredith will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved her. Her warm smile, kind heart, and devotion to family will forever be cherished. May she rest in heaven with her family members she missed so dearly.
