The lovely Earnestine Evans was born on Thursday November 17,1960 to the union of Samuel Will Evans, Sr. and Jennie Eliza Merle Turnage-Evans. She was born at St Francis Hospital in Blue Island, Illinois and raised in Robbins Illinois. She spent the majority of her life in Robbins, Illinois as well. Earnestine was always known to be full of life since her early childhood.

Earnestine attended high school at Dwight D. Eisenhower in Blue Island, Illinois.  In her spare time she enjoyed Crossword Puzzles, Gardening, Music, Dancing, Crafts, Jigsaw Puzzles & Baking Cookies and Pastries to feed her loved ones. Outside of her indoor cooking abilities, Earnestine was recognized early on for her barbecuing skills. At one point in time, she and her husband, William Clark Evans, Sr.; opened a successful brick-and-mortar BBQ business in Robbins, Illinois. They were well acknowledged for their secret BBQ sauce. Everyone in town noted that the Sauce was Boss. The barbecue was so good and full of flavor, it was also said that the BBQ was " As Tender As Mother's Love." Earnestine had a great appreciation for Bingo and Fashion. In fact, it was throughout her years of studies at Eisenhower when she developed aspirations to become a professional model. Earnestine was known by many for her astonishing beauty, poise and well-kept physique. She was greatly known for celebrating unforgettable milestones with her loved ones. She was especially known for her unique and flashy fashion statements. Earnestine delighted in watching television shows such as Wrestling, Judge Joe Brown & Wheel of Fortune in her leisure time with family and friends. Some of her most unforgettable memories were shared with her family over a good card game of Spades. In her best moments she was known for " Hitting the Dance Floor & Stepping."

Earnestine spent much of her adult life as a stay at home wife and mom. In her later years in her life, she moved to Fort Wayne, Indiana. She resided there until her passing on April 4, 2023. Earnestine transitioned over to her final resting place peacefully in her home at Tamara Senior Villas surrounded by a few of her many loved ones.
