Carla Sue Booker

Carla Sue Booker was born on December 7, 1956 in Fort Wayne, Indiana to Douglas and Geraldine Booker. She gained her wings on July 1, 2018 at age 61.

Carla Sue was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana and was a graduate of Northside High School. She worked as a CNA for Lutheran Homes while residing in Fort Wayne, IN. She loved to laugh and joke and loved her family above all else. She moved to Texas in 2012, where she became a faithful and loyal member of the Inspiring Body of Christ Church, under the leadership of Pastor Rickie G. Rush, Dallas, Texas until she was called home to be with the Lord.

Carla Sue leaves to cherish her memory her son; Taiwan C. Booker of Fort Wayne, IN, her daughter; Shafonda “Monique” Booker of DeSoto, TX; siblings, Michael Murray, Tyrone Woods, both of Fort Wayne, IN, Bonnie Booker, Patricia Booker, Terry Booker, all of San Francisco, CA; grandchildren Quiana Booker, Tre’Shur Booker, Gabriel Robinson, Taiwan Royal , Josiah Stewart, Tyshun Chambers; great grandchild, NyKah Monique Edwards; special cousin Janice Marie Arnold; life-long best friends, Beatrice Malone and Roslyn Sanders and many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Douglas and Geraldine Booker; Brothers, Ricky Booker, Douglas Booker, Jr., Jimmy Booker, and Ronnie Booker, sisters; Gloria Booker and Judy Murray.
