Betty Jean Tucker was born May 19, 1952 in Humbolt, Tennessee to the late Sammy Davidson, Sr., and Vernice Seats-Williams. She passed from this life on Monday, December 14, 2020 at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana surrounded by family. She accepted Christ and was baptized at an early age. Betty Jean earned her GED at Central High School. Betty was known for her cooking and famous cornbread.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents, her sister; Rose Marie Thomas, one brother; Sammie Davidson, Jr., and one granddaughter; Divinity McKee.
Betty leaves behind to cherish her memory, five loving children; Rodney Davidson, India Prosser, Amy and Amanda Davidson all of Fort Wayne, Indiana, and Kendra Tucker of Birmingham , Alabama, eight grandchildren, three brothers; Larry Seats of Marion, Indiana, Glen Davidson of Hickman, Kentucky, and Mark Davidson of Tiptonville, Tennessee, and long time best friend; Mageline Starks-Ward.
