Thomas C. Bibe, Jr., 35, departed this life on Monday, June 19, 2017. He was a father of six.  Thomas (T.C.) enjoyed writing, poetry, drawing and cooking; along with being a "neat freak" He will be sincerely missed by his parents, brother, and other family members. Service will be Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at Nelson Memorial Gardens, Inc. 1338 Eliza Street, at 1:00 p.m. with viewing one hour prior. Care entrusted to Nelson Memorial Gardens, Inc.
