Marsha Rochelle Brewer-Thomas, 55, was born May 29, 1963 to Garfield M. Brewer, II and Minnie L. Benjamin in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Marsha worked at Frontier Communications, previously known as Verizon, for twenty-six years. She loved her daughter Shaquil and her grandchildren; they were her world! She loved being around her family and friends. Marsha would go anywhere with you as long as you were driving! She also enjoyed being at home and watching old shows. “The Golden Girls” and “The Big Bang Theory” were her favorites.
Marsha graduated from Wayne High School and attended college courses at Indiana University. Marsha was a very loving woman who would accept you with open arms. You would rarely hear her say no to anyone.
Marsha leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Minnie Louise (Henry) Benjamin, her father; Garfield Brewer, II, her daughter; Shaquil Brewer, her brothers; Garfield (Vanessa) Brewer, III, and Ike (Belinda) Brewer, her sister; Yvette Hampton, grandchildren; Amari, Areana, Amya, Ashanti, (twins) Savannah and Savion, step-brother; Dante (Michelle) Woodson, step-sister; Valerie (Roderick) Cunningham, goddaughters; April Long-Jackson and Kristen Underwood, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Marsha was preceded in death by her grandfather, Clarence Williams, grandmother, Minnie Williams, and grandmother, Cecil Brewer
Marsha will truly be missed, but; her spirit will always be in each one of our hearts. Rest in Peace our beautiful Daughter, Mother, Sister, and Grandmother.
