Levator Dixon was born in Pine City Arkansas on November 21, 1955 to John Wesley Dixon and Mildred Mayo Dixon. Levator was a loyal and faithful friend to everyone that he considered his True Friends. He believed in Family First. All the things he learned throughout his extraordinary life he shared with the younger generation. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and uncle. He loved his job and the people he worked with at Quincy Recycle. He also loved music, dancing and art. He was a talented artist. Levator leaves to cherish his memory, a loving wife of six years, Angela Dixon; two sons, Lamont Simms and Darien Dixon; two Grandchildren, Lawton and Mecca; and one great-grandchild, Malachi; two brothers, John "JD" Dixon and Freddie Dixon; four sisters, Morristene Dixon, Faye (Kevin) Wattley, Sandra Allen, and Tiara (Roosevelt) Williams; along with a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Mildred Dixon; and two children, Morgan and Francessca.
