Jimmie Lee White

Jimmie Lee White, was born on November 6, 1940, in Fort Wayne, Indiana and departed this life on Saturday August 17, 2019. He was the third son of Jordan and Anniebell White (both preceded his death).

Jimmie was united in Holy Matrimony to Margaret Arlane Brown on February 14, 1970, they were very much happily married 26 years until her death.

Jimmie was a Supervisor at Zollner Pistons before retiring with 39 years of service. He then began to enjoy his retirement by traveling, spending time with family and friends and he enjoyed watching sports and the news in his favorite recliner chair.

Jimmie leaves to cherish his memory: His daughters Sonja Jones (Michael), Natasha Andrews (Greg) both of Fort Wayne, Indiana; a step-daughter Lorna Lassiter of Denton Texas, his only son Jimmie Lee White Jr. of Reno Nevada; Ten grandchildren: Grandsons Lyndon Jones (Gabrielle) of Houston Texas, Andrew Jones, Cameron Andrews both of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Rajon I White and Jordaun C. White both of Los Angeles, California. Granddaughters; Erika Jones of Indianapolis, Briana Andrews, Janae Hargrett (Jaylin) and Shara Mae Salvant (Etienne) all of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Elizabeth Waters (Chance) of Washington, North Carolina, Four great-grandchildren; Isabella, Noah, Quinton Jr. and Layla. Two sisters Jerry Dean McKinny and Linda Martin (Tony) both of Fort Wayne, Indiana and brother-in-law Bobby Brown of Fort Wayne, Indiana.  A host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Three brothers, Willie White, Richard White and Lynn White and two sisters; Lavina White and Molly Brown preceded him in death.

Jimmie will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends.
