James T. Milligan

James is survived by his wife Irma; five (5) sons, Larry Milligan, Sr, Memphis, TN; James Lee (Deitia) Milligan, Jr, Marks, MS; Anthony T. Milligan, Mount Pleasant, TN; Carl M. Milligan, Fort Wayne, IN; Melvin D. Milligan, Clarksdale, MS; four (3) daughters, Mamie Milligan, Memphis, TN; Marion H. Milligan, Atlanta, GA; Dorothy R. Milligan, Denver, CO; one step daughter, Yvette N. Williams, Indianapolis, IN; one brother, Robert (Vertis) Milligan;, two sisters, Lillian (Richard) Bateman, Mary Milligan McGowan all of Memphis, TN. Twenty-four (24) grandchildren, seventeen (17) great grand-children, two (2) sisters-in law, six (6) brothers-in-law and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and bowling friendships galore. His best friend, Elder William Timmy Allen, III, a special sister-in-law, Phillistine Sharp, his little sister in love, Kim Shade and his favorite beloved mother-in law Channie Bray all celebrate the life he lived. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Elder Howard Milligan, Sr., and Mother Pearlie Beatrice Milligan, 3 brothers - Howard Milligan, Jr., David Milligan, Charles Milligan; three (3) sisters, Fredonia Milligan Johnson, Pearl Milligan Dudley, and Joyce Milligan Moss, and one grandson. Care entrusted to Nelson Memorial Gardens, Inc.
