Georgeann Wall was born on October 17, 1934 to Emma Lee Edwards and George Edwards in Wichita Fall, Texas. She departed this world on Friday May 10, 2019 at Golden Living Nursing Home (Indianapolis) after a lengthy illness. She married Alphonso Wall on January 2, 1974. She had three brothers: James, Donald, and Peter (Pee Dee). She graduated from Lincoln High School in Wichita Fall, Texas. She bore him three children: George of Seattle, Tawana (Michael) Lyles of Indianapolis, and Alphonso Wall, Jr. of Seattle. She had four grandchildren, Tianna Lyles, George Edwards Jr. and Venetta (Nena) Edwards,
She was preceded in death by her mother, father, husband, and brothers Donald and Pee Dee. She leaves to cherish her memory, loving brother, James Edwards; sons, George and Alphonso Jr; daughter, Tawana, four grandkids, and five great grandchildren. Other relative are; sister-in-law, Louise W. Barksdale of Greensboro, NC, six nieces, four nephews, and a host of great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and friends. One special niece, Clarrisa Middleton of Seattle and special friend, Adrian Ruffins; her longtime care giver.
Georgeann gave her life to Christ as a young child and dedicated her life loving others and serving the Lord as a choir member and doing other charitable acts like serving on the jail ministry and as a soup kitchen worker.
