Chastity Ann Sandy, 38, passed away on Sunday, November 19, 2017 at Visiting Nurses Hospice Home in Fort Wayne, IN surrounded by several of her loved ones. Service will be Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at 12:00 noon with calling one hour prior at Greater Progressive Baptist Church, 2215 John Street. Care entrusted to Nelson Memorial Gardens, Inc.
