Mary C. (Ash) Franks

Mary Franks was born on December 30, 1937, to Adell Adams and Bank Ash in Holly Grove, Arkansas. She departed this life on Thursday, August 31, 2017. She was preceded in death by her father Bank Ash, mother Adell Adams, sons Benny, Kirk, and Ronald Franks, brothers Bank Jr., and Robert Ash.

Mary accepted Christ as her Lord and savior a few years ago and was a faithful member at Old Landmark Church of God In Christ. She moved to Indiana back in the late 1950’s. She was a strong woman who fought a good fight. She was loved by all that knew her and was mom aka “Bae Bae” to everyone.

She leaves to cherish her memory: a long life partner of 30 plus years Roger Watts. Her sons Victor (Willie), Carnell, Sr., Carl, and Donald Franks all of Fort Wayne, IN a stepson Derrick Watts of Fort Wayne, IN, stepdaughters Lyshelle Watts of Little Rock, AR, Rolanda Davison of Selma, AL, and Jeleannea Watts of West Palm Beach, FL. Daughter In law Cynthia Franks of Fort Wayne, IN Brothers Troy (Gladys) Ash, Lee ( Elizabeth) Murphy both of Fort Wayne, IN. She also leaves behind a host of grandkids, great grand kids, nieces, nephews and friends.
